Hello, new guy here! I have been lurking on this website for a while. But I am only joining now due to me getting my first Shinki. I like reading web comics and I am planning to do my own. If you guys don't mind me asking, do any of you know any good comic makers? Or should I just use Photoshop? Also, I just start collecting Transformers. You will be seeing me in the "Transformers question..." topic. I guess that is it, here a pic of Maya (My Strarf)!

Welcome. I collect Transformers also... Man my wallet has been hurting lately. I have so many shinkis AND transformers, that my actually large amount of table and shelf space in my office has been reduced to standing room only for them...lol.

P.S... just to satisfy my curiousity... could you either PM or post a pic for me with your Lavina standing side by side with Kup in robot mode? I'd like to get a good idea of his height. Thanks a bunch!

Welcome Redstar1! Always nice to see a new member who not only collects Shinki, but Transformers as well!

In regards to comic making... I generally use Comic Life to make the actual comic, as it has everything you need... comic page templates, speech bubble templates, etc. They just released Comic Life 3 for Mac computers and will be releasing it for Windows soon. I think in the latest version of the software, they included filters that you can use to make your photos you've taken for your comic to look more like a hand-drawn comic and such.

Or, you can just edit all of your photos in either GIMP or Photoshop.

Hello all.
This is technically a re-introduction because I have been living under a rock these days.
It has been almost 2 years and just got back to this forum hoping to see what are the latest developments in the world of Busou Shinki.
Does anyone have a quick rundown on whats happening lately (or in the past 2 years)?

In the last 2 years I have been sidetracked from my main collection by spending a lot on figmas and nendoroids.
Around this time I am switching gears and going back to collecting shinkis once again.
Will be checking the buy and sell section soon.

Well, an animated series came out.... Battle Rondo is dead.... and Konami had some unknown issues with some factories and any news of new shinkis has pretty much stopped.
