/toy/ also has a buy/sell/trade thread, so there must be some trustworthy guys around if people still participate. As long as you use paypal there's not much of a risk anyway, since you can always dispute if something goes wrong. I don't have any personal experience of that group order thingy, but so far I haven't seen anyone complaining about getting scammed. You can always ask around beforehand and see if someone can vouch for the host's trystworthiness before committing too.

Anyone could try to trick you here, there, or anywhere since this is the internet. I just thought it would be nice to mention about that group order, since it might be helpful.

No problem. I'm pretty sure that the group order isn't a scam, and wouldn't recommend it if I felt there was something iffy going on. But everyone should use their own judgement when making decisions on whom to deem trustworthy. Also, I got gashapon machines for my girls today! (I still need to make a proper photoshoot, but there's not enough sunny hours in my day...)

Mini gashapon machine for girl is really cute.

you don't need sunny hour, if you have 2 light bulbs and 1mirror

Heh, I know about lighting. We had a lot of photography at my previous vocational school, and I've actually worked for a company that does lightings to events.

The thing is, I don't own any table lamps or the sort that I could use. And there's hardly any room to pose them even if I had. I much prefer natural light anyway, so I try to use it when I can.

That, or I'm just lazy and stingy to get me some lamps.

Yeah the gashapon machine is awesome! I want to get more of them. :3
