that's why you have to try the design in something like THIS before trying it on the figure itself

Re: O2P9's Small Collection of Shinkis
The cool thing about that Strarf is that it's your Strarf. My Strarf looks like everybody else's Strarf and would end up getting lost in a sea of Strarfs if they all decided to crowd together for some reason. There's really nothing that distinguishes "HP's Strarf" from all the other Strarfs on the planet. However, O2P9's Strarf is instantly findable and recognizable.
Do I care for that particular design? Not really. But there's something good to be said about having a Strarf that's uniquely your own. Now, your earlier silver on black design? That was sweet. I am, however, very impressed that you matched her flesh tone so well with this paint job.

No, no. It isn't bad that he customized it.
It is just the color scheme.
Too gloss and that gold would be good on Warhammer Figurine.
It is good to customize it, but if you can't don't do that. Use first so cheaper scale models to learn.
And knowing something about color scheme and combos help a lot.
It is like with cars, you can build a "Ricer" or "JDM", it all depends on yours skills and tastes.
