Blushy ACH's adorable.

Hmm. Since I really dont want to try to play 'compare the kanji', are they the save VA's as from Battle Rondo?

...Mao with pink hair? Are they going to let us color edit shinkis rather then buy color variants individually?

Someone want to translate the screen numbering layout? I'm actually kind of interested in what the different gauges are for.

First part: Same Seiyuus, yes.
Second Part: That Mao is a Rival's Shinki, not your own. The rival will also be fully voiced.
Third Part:
1. Battle Time
2. Cut In
3. Your Shinki
4. Boost Guage
5. Your LP (Top) and SP (Bottom)
6. Ride Ratio
7. Target Shinki
8. Target Shinki LP
9. Weapon Guage

Just throwing this out there, but the NPC Shinkis have the same names as their Battle Rondo mission counterparts. For example, the Yda is named Shakti, and the Howling is named Akira.
If you have an unused Maochao Battle Rondo code and don't plan on using it, please send me a PM! I'd gladly accept any other unused codes as well. :schmetterling:

... not surprising really!

since this game story its supposed to happen in the same universe than Battle Rondo, its only logical! difference here is, it supposed to happen years later.... (2040+ if i understand right)

Honestly, I'm not even sure how the world of Battle Rondo even works or what the "story" is. My interpretation of just playing the game is that it's like Angelic Layer where people all over raise little dolls and then go and fight each other at the Shinki Center. But then I have no idea how mission storylines go if any.

In the screenshots for Battle Masters, it's almost like the Shinkis themselves are walking around and interacting with the player character since you encounter them in various locations like a shop. I'd be interested in learning how the Battle Rondo world really works.

There's not a real plot in the backstory no, but the various Battle Rondo events were a meta plot that have advanced some story line elements. I'm not even gonna try to figure those out, though.
