A Clear File is a Plastic Folder for holding paper to clear up the confusion on what a Clear File is. I forgot not everyone would have read my mention of that in the Altrene thread. They offered the same deal for Altrene, that you'll get an exclusive Clear File for per-ordering her from the Konami Style site. Hope that clears things up.
