at least i now have a more solid reason to give my current Arnval more accesories....

i wonder if the alt faces are compatible with the current shinkis....

Those shots make me so happy. I've been trying for a long time to conceive "alt-modes" for Arnval and Strarf's armors. With awesome familiars like Eukrante's bird or the Beetle girls' ...uh... beetles..., it's frustrating that great Shinkis like the originals can't do that. I know that minor gripe will still be with the originals, but it's cool to see that they're taking the armor into consideration.

There's been a post on 2ch that alludes to the possibility that the MkIIs are *only* available packed-in with the game, and that this pack is exclusive to konamistyle.

That would suck so incredibly much.

I don't mind a pack-in offer, but to make that the only way to get them is just shit.

I would really rather not have to buy the game twice just to get both of them.

Indeed- the would suck. Mostly because no one would ever get their hands on them and they're REALLY cool molds.

Random question- it looks like Arnval is holding a GN-Blade-esque weapon in some of her pictures. Can anyone confirm, or affirm that they know what I'm noticing?

She is, technically that weapon she's holding was from the original design documents on her before she became a finalized Shinki. I forgot it's exact name, but it's based off it. I think looks almost exactly like it.

Sorry, but if it's TWO shinkis PLUS a game then that's okay. It's not fantastic, because I think Konami are being a little bit stingy here but then maybe they're trying to see if the Western Market are that insane, I don't know. I was wondering if it would be a case of one shinki per game, which would, in fact, suck, because that means I would have to offload a game or two and I can't be arsed to do that.

In closing, Konami, no amount of 'JAPAN ONLY' is going to stop someone from finding a proxy mad enough to order it for them. The line is popular overseas - deal with it and enjoy the fact that cash is being pumped into the company. Have you considered perhaps making a Western release Shinki exclusive only to overseas fans? Could you imagine the sh!tfight on your hands, Konami. Don't deny it would be awesome.

You know what. I think Konami might pull a Pokemon on us. Two different version of the same game, Devil and Angel. Angel will be focus on Arnval story line and Devil will be focus on Strarf side of the story. Each will come bundle with the main character toy and you need to buy both to completely understand the plot and story.
