Arnval and Strarf Mk 2

I'm not so sure that Strarf is the MMS3 Small type. She seems to be the same size as Arnval but her pic on the left is a tad lower which makes her seem shorter. On the pic of the right, her stooped pose makes her seem shorter compared to Arnval. I really hope she is MMS3 Tall vs MMS 3 short though. I do like both of these figures and will probably get unless they are exclusives.

Man, those are just to awesome to pass on! Why does Konami keep limiting there goods now? Too many are becoming exclusive for regular people to get ahold of them. No matter though, I'll do whatever it takes to get a hold of these ladies.

Please please please do NOT be exclusives. This is the first Arnval I actually want! I love her design!

Strarf, as said before, seems to be a bit too cluttered, and her armored limbs seem thinner...

Not too excited about these. I feel they are milking Arnval and Strarf too much, I'd like to continue seeing new designs rather then revamped old ones, though I understand these are not simple revamps. I'll still get these though as the MMS3 body makes MMS1 body obsolete in my opinion.

Also, these 2 come with the psp game? Seems like alot to come with just a psp game ^^;;

Thoughts:
-They look pretty awesome, Strarf more so, my only problem with her being her headpiece (unarmored).
-Arnval seems to have dropped most of her extravagance for a more utilitarian look, but for some reason is more appealing to me than her older versions.
-I feel like they may not be exclusives. Showing up with no photos regarding their production, true, but the new light armor wave (5, and the same goes for 4 as well) showed up in the same fashion. And their is only 1 exception (2 if you count Altaines, but thats only the body) to the "new mold=not exclusive" deal, and that was more filling an empty spot in the toy line if anything (and I mean that more character-wise). If there are more "new mold/character" shinkis that were made into exclusives, then please feel free to correct me. Also, did older Full sets show up like the 2 upcoming full sets, or like the new light armors?

I'm going to echo everyone's cries of an empty wallet. I actually don't care for the idea of Strarf being a small body, as I always thought that they should be about the same size with the same proportions. You know, the whole equal but opposite angel/devil thing... Both of the armors look completely badass, and I'll do whatever it takes to add these two to my collection. I've already got spaces ready right next to their classic namesakes. Man, this is a hell of a year for Shinkis.

It was a hell of a year for Shinkis with just the snack gals, Altrene, and the musicians, but we've already got another Light Armor set, another Full Armor set, and these two lined up for this year. This is nuts! ...And I absolutely love it... It's a good thing I can live off ramen for a while...

I've just noticed that Arnval's head piece and chest armour is quite like the light-armour customs released a while back of the Odette and Odile characters from Swan Lake! I feel weird about this.

There's been a lot of talk about them being exclusives, but until some kind soul can translate for us, I don't think we can say much else.

I do find it curious because we've got several konamistyle repaints that have been released of late - Murmeltier, Asuka, Werkstra and Valona...as to why Konami would release another store-only item. Altines is already going for 28, 000 yen on YahooJapan, I feel this is kinda greedy.

Why would they bundle them with a PSP game? It would be a massive package. Maybe it's a game each?

I do put up my hand and say yes to the empty wallet. 'cept I'm already putting cash away :3 I think there may be quite a few PSP games going up for auction once this whole thing is released if they are grouped together!

And if there are ubar expensive repaints of them? (Angel Strarf Mk2, etc) I'm ubar doomed.

To Clarify, the only reason I've been saying "Exclusives" maybe is because Konami Style is thrown around A LOT in the paragraph next to the figures. So is Game and Set, which might lead to a Game Set Exclusive deal, but I hope that's not the case. That's the reason I said Exclusive. I can very well be wrong, which I wouldn't mind being. There is just as much a good chance they won't be exclusives because of the fact Arnval and Strarf are the "Signature" duo for Busou Shinki. They've had the most incarnations and repaints with the inclusion of the Mk2s they're at Five each. So right now it's really up int he air on their release status. Altrene was supposedly thought to be an exclusive and look at her, she's a regular release while her MMS3rd Short variation Altines is the Limited Exclusive.

Right now until I can get a proper time to translate and not be in a state of "Kill me now" I'm going to continue on the train that they're exclusives until otherwise pointed out. Still, they're whole heart wants.
