Re: Beach Queens
The head seems a wee bit large, although I suppose it might just be the character.

Re: Beach Queens
Really? I think it's not much different from a shinki head.
A shinki head is quite big compared to their size. Especially if comparing their head width with their shoulder width.

Re: Beach Queens
I don't mind the Beach Queen version. Whoever want to collect her can do so and if it isn't your thing then don't grab her. Just leave her for someone who does care and we'll be fine .
Ann actually looks awesome in her Beach Queen form. Would be nice seeing the other gals in the same fashion. Grab Ann while you can before you complain that she was lost in the depths of time .

Re: Beach Queens
Odd idea for a shinki with no armor, but art is art.
Re: Beach Queens
Beach Queens are rarely expensive secondhand anyway unless they're a special edition.

Re: Beach Queens
I don't know, not my pictures.
Wound up cancelling my Ann preorder because there were other things I wanted more this month.

Let's see if I can shed some light on the situation (not my pictures):MrHolister wrote: BRAIN EXPLODED!
Is it a direct fit? The head? Does it stay in place well?
BQ disassembled:
Comparisons:
While faces aren't compatible, the whole head is. Apparently Wave has gone into trouble of making the neck joint compatible with MMS3rd.
HOWEVER EXTREME CAUTION IS STILL ADVISED WHEN TRYING TO EXCHANGE HEADS. The fit is said to be very tight, also BQ parts are not likely to be precision-made so your experience may vary.
"Headphones" are removable and apparently reusable.
One can also mod BQ face to fit Arnval Mk2 head as an extra face. The mod is non-reversible (sanding etc required).

Re: Beach Queens
For some reason this doesn't look that great to me. It's as if the BQ head sculpt is a little too big in size compared to the MMS original or maybe it is the anime style of face that is throwing me off. But I couldn't justify buying it for head when I could easily have a custom faceup on the original. Good to see with slight mod it can fit hope you who like it will scoop those Ann's up, also did like they made the headband removable =)
