oh, I thought you were looking for a more similar body, well, paint might fix the similarity if you really disliked it, she did look rather good though when you gave us the link, can she still use her scythe?

...I think so but I can't remember where it is right now to doublecheck, aha.

As to paint, I'd thought of that, but I don't trust trying to paint the soft bits.

oh, I thought there was a model paint you could use for such things, I use acrilic most times but I am slowly switching to model paint because it looks so much better and it is more durable, atleast the brand I use is, but I haven't tryed it on soft plastic yet, just my Tsugaru's body and some of her armor

Enamels are much more of a pain to work with than acrylics.

well, depending on the brand I guess, I prefer enamels most times actually for the clean finish and shine

Enamels are completely undoable on top of PVC paint ;)

I ever used tamiya enamels for Eye repaint for my resin face and Figma face. It is very hard to paint and clean, even I used thinner or enamels, it still dirty, so I need to paint new skin color again.

Then I change to acrylics (water based), it is very easy to paint and clean, and if you want durable you can spray coating it with Clear or flat based color.

One does not simply eye repaint without miss.
(my friend eye painting tips)

the other

Enamels is easy paint on plastic (such as body or armor) because it dry slowly and has shiny color, but not pvc (such as figma materials and mms face), if you really want clean work and very detailed on small area such as face acrylics (water based) is better. If you want to paint enamels on plastic, you must know that enamel is more corrode to plastic than thinner, so make sure not add too much enamels in colors (My friend use enamel to much when he wash enamels from his gundam, that make his gundam had a little crack).

acrylics (Lacquer based) is suitable for spray, not brush. it dry faster than enamels, so if you want to brush with acrylics (Lacquer based), you should add "Mr.Retarder Mild" in color, it will dry slowly and easy to brush.

I suggest to test all of these 3 type of color by yourself, because each type have their own advantage, you can use all of them in one area.

well, I used them to make my Tsugaru's body, well atleast so far and it looks ok, you just need to use tape to make clear and straight lines, I also used it to put that white line into Tsugaru's head gear, I put it on thick then whiped it off so it only went into the crap and it came out really good, maybe I'm not using enamels but I am useing some kinda modling paint that is shiny, strong, and not acrilic XD

Pit figma is up for preorder, as well as the dark Pit and that comedy guy, amiami seems to be advertising some type of pre-order bonus with the Pits, does anyone know what it is?
