We're talking about Altrene right? If it's Altrene it's right now unconfirmed what she'll be. As for Desert Mur and Nightwatch Asuka they're Konami Style Exclusives.

How does a person typically go around getting a KonamiStyle exclusive, anyways? Are they sold on the website, or through magazine tickets?

May be the limited one is the black version... May be the withe one will have a normal release...

In the scans, the black figure is called アルトアイネス (arutoainesu) and the withe one is called just アルトアイネ (Arutoaine), so the text with the price ,release date and konami limited is for the black one.
