Pol, you have given Barricade a Crowning Moment of Awesome. I'm a bit sad you didn't display his buzzsaws or "rocket punch," though. Also, quite confident his heroic sacrifice is going to go off perfectly--including the sacrifice part.

Saber and Howling going to the Badlands = Grimlock has a posse. Once he meets them, I expect him to try and talk them into joining him on a sneak attack on the Decepticon base, but at the same time, I expect them to try and talk him out of his suicide plan.

Ratchet surviving *might* lead to Arnval surviving, if he gets to hook up with the house Autobots. On the flip side... nah, Pol couldn't be so sadistic to his audience as to let her pass away between the last chapter and now. Buying him in white/red colors instead of green/red colors was definitely the right choice, by the way.

Loved this update as usual pol. Nice twist on letting Howling escape w/Sabre.
I hope the escapees can hook up w/ Autobots.

I'm perfectly OK with that Christmas present! And I do believe they'll meet up with Grimlock. However, Pol's Grimlock isn't the kind to persuade outsiders to join his cause. Saber and Howling will likely end up following him either for company or a knowledgeable but grumpy companion. I can see Saber and Grimlock getting on each other's nerves, though. And it'll be great!

Notes:

1. I was tempted to make this update longer, but then it would have taken longer to put out. I still feel bad that not a lot was resolved or explained here... I seem to be in a habit of cliffhangers lately.

2. In case it wasn't clear, the mountain of junk wasn't there when Howling and Saber arrived. This will be explained later, but there's a good reason the Decepticons don't go there. And no, the Scrapmetal isn't their biggest worry.

3. I think you can guess what Ratchet's 'special cargo' was now?

Barricade and Frenzy just saved her life and practically handed theirs on a silver platter and now Saber wants to go back and get killed? Come on! Howling, stop getting scolded and say someth... Oh, I forgot, She can´t. Now I´m waiting for Grimlock to punch, hack, slash and chomp some reason on her... Maybe not, but come on: Grimlock, who does not mind on survival of others or his as long as some smash happens, and Saber, who does care a lot on the safety of those around her, even putting aside her own, and avoiding fights as much as necesary? Come on, wouldn´t it be cool?

Notes:

1. I wanted to try and make Venom's transformation look painful and difficult, unlike the smooth, quick transformations of other robots. He's a messed-up technorganic monstrosity, and so stuff doesn't always work smoothly.

2. I'm really happy with how the webbing effect came out. Unfortunately I'll probably never get to use it again because... y'know... GRIMLOCK.

3. There. Scourge got beat down so hard he CAUGHT FIRE. That hardcore enough for you guys?

4. For reference, just after the axe strike to the shoulder, those sparks at Scourge's side are Optimus ramming Scourge's own sword into his side. I picked that up from a movie-adaptation of 'MacBeth'... I just thought it was particularly mean.

5. Crossovers Venom is a highly underrated toy.

. Yes, I'm beating up Saber and Howling a lot. No, they're not gonna turn into the series' 'Damsels in Distress'.

7. This update came out so quick because a VERY cute girl who for some reason likes my comic asked me nicely.
