Samurai Toys on eBay has a few fairly priced. I bought one myself, so they have a couple left (and I'm too poor to buy two of them!), but $30 plus shipping isn't too bad. (the only other one I see on eBay was like $50)

If I ever find one really cheap on Ebay I might consider it, but for a stand alone prop...well, my definition of cheap is fairly cheap. :D
