is mary realy type tenticles? type jellyfish sound ok, and whats with the bonnet then? ive notice she has mostly swords and proxima has mostly guns, so any hidden weapon on mary would probably be a blade of some sort to slide out from the tenticle so she can have like a sting of spin of death, but i doubt konami would work that hard to put little slideing blade in her skirt

Have you seen those giant octopi in Discovery that have massive spikes along their tentacles? Maybe Mary does have spikes or blades underneath seeing as she's a melee type shinki ...

Right now, I'm definitely going for Tentacle Mary. Very unique So when's the pre-order?

I didn't notice it before, but Mary has a little axe, its blade is white as snow... OK, I'm done with that, but that seems worth mentioning because the only other Shinki axe I can think of belongs to Xiphos. ...and I literally glanced up from typing this to see Valona's... But still, we don't see many axes, and that strikes me as pretty cool for some reason.

you are right. she probably might do that in order to show hidden weapons or spikes or something...

and for what i can tell centaur has 2 blades... that can probably attach to her gun to form a big bow... *stares at holes on the gun and shape of the blades*

Personally, given the bulk and limited flexibility of the "tentacles", I wish they'd just called her Type Octopus or something. Hopefully her other gear, should she have any, will add to the concept. Loving Centaur so far though.

Mary with the purple colored bodysuit and tentacles around the waist has a "Ursula from Little Mermaid" vibe going to me. I like the looks of both figures though.

I am guessing that you are Refering to the Vampire Squid, aka Vampyroteuthis infernalis (Which literally translates to "Vampire squid from hell.) In other words, this guy:

I think it's actually kinda cute. Anyways, it's actually not an octopus, or a squid. It's in its own order. Also, the spikes are harmless. But it would be awesome if she was based on one. If you weren't talking about vampire squids, could I please have a link to the species you were talking about?
