They are part of theKyun-Chara line, which I don't think is posable.

I am not sure how accurate this information is, but this is what is currently posted on MFC and seems to match up with what is on the cards.
A prize = Arnval
B prize = Strarf
C prize = Altines
D prize = Altlene

If this is the case, I think this Kuji lotto might be pretty small. It seems usually the single chibis are usually G prizes.

It must be; high prizes are usually full-on scale figures. I can't really see the chibis being top prizes; if they are, then Konami's really not putting in the effort to make this a notable addition to all the random Shinki merc. Has Konami just given up on the line or something?

Yeah, it does seem weird if the chibis are the high prizes, but I can't make out anything on the cards except the letter ranks due to the quality of the photo. I was hoping for some scale figures.

They're still pushing out merchandise licenses - the materials book for the anime just went up for preorder and it's in the same 'line' as the figure one from a year or two back.

Looks like the Atlene prototype Notice that it looks like the arms swivel a bit when you compare to the older photos.
