I like them both.
But I was surprised how much I liked Tempesta more than Lavina. Maybe because I have the Strarf Bis repaint already?
I thought it would be the other way around.
Also as someone else mentioned, there are a lot of extra parts. Enough that I was able to make a "light armor" Tempesta using some of her "extras" combined with a plastica dress and an mms naked body.

Re: Arnval and Strarf MK 2 Repaints
really? even my arnval mk2 has hand problems, they slide off, especially in the armored mode, i like the lack of codes, less to worry about, i never even figured out battle rondo, the psp game is easier to use and it has better animation, however, the ability to place things were ever you want is lost, all things must go in set places! no real customization, but the over-all game is more interesting to watch in battle masters, the quality of the animation isnt as good, but its hard to tell while playing it, only real problems with it are in the setting of the armor, and now you dont need the shinki to play as her, so you can play and see if you like her before you get her without worring about the code(since you can buy shinki in battle rondo, but then youd have that code if you actually bought her)v2gundam wrote:Really? That's odd, because mine seems to be very secure, especially with the "armored" arm pieces....Xehn wrote:I'm not bothered by a lack of code. What I AM bothered with, though, are the fact Tempesta's hands are made of... I dunno, cheaper feeling material. They're all popping off the wrist joints. =\
Overall I'm very happy with it. I haven't bought any "full armor" set for a while, so it feels very nice to have a set that got so much parts that I don't know where to begin.

Whenever I rotate one of my shinki's hands, I always grip it by the sides to prevent it loosening from the wrist joint. Perhaps we should make a shinki care and maintenance thread for dealing with that sort of thing?

Re: Arnval and Strarf MK 2 Repaints
Came home saturday to find these two on my doorstep. Really enjoy the mk.ii's.
Ravina has what looks like a crack below her knee joint and it worries me. Other than some slight paint spillage on both, they seem to be fine. Ack... Ravina's gun has a stress mark under the cylinder... ;-;

I've had two shinki with cracks in a knee joint. They've never gotten any worse, so it's sad, but nothing to worry about...

Re: Arnval and Strarf MK 2 Repaints
mines hands have allways fallen out of the armored arms, id love a demonstration of how to put the shinki's hands into a gun with a wrist plug easily, thats also a huge problem for meblade_anime wrote:Whenever I rotate one of my shinki's hands, I always grip it by the sides to prevent it loosening from the wrist joint.
