Sonya: Konamistyle exclusives are sold on Konami's website and only ship to Japanese addresses. Thus, you need a proxy or someone else who lives in Japan to buy it and ship it to you.

Looking over the pages for Altrene and Altines, I've noted a few things:

Altines' page says "★☆「電撃屋ホビー館」＆「コナミスタイル」限定販売☆★". This line says that she's an exclusive. This line is completely absent from Altrene's page.

Furthermore, regarding the white version of Altines' helmet, it appears this is a preorder incentive for Altrene.

Also, Altines is confirmed as the small one's name. http://www.busou.konami.jp/figure/lineup_043.html

However, as far as Konami is concerned, the tall one appears to be "Altlene". http://www.busou.konami.jp/figure/lineup_042.html

Essentially from what I can make out...
電撃屋ホビー館 = Dengeki Hobby Shop
コナミスタイル = Konami Style
限定販売 = Exclusive

Altlene's just has Konami Style on it, as well as some stuff about first people ordering get stuff. Cant make out if it means only Konami style and first come get the stuff, or people who order it through konami style get it, while it's a general release everywhere. I dont see a prerelease on Amiami yet, (and they're usually quick to do so once something hits the announcement) so I'm assuming the first.
