Japanese being Japanese, I think they were going for Zilveren and forced the spelling similarity, since it sounds the same in japanese anyways.

Konamistyle. Or eBay after release? Konamistyle will require proxy, eBay might be more expensive than a proxy, though...
Mandarake might be a good place to keep an eye on, too. You won't need a Proxy for them, they ship outside of Japan.

Actually, weren't the repaints exclusive to the Dengeki website or something, not Konamistyle? I can't remember because I wasn't interested in them, but I seem to recall that they weren't Konamistyle exclusives, but somewhere else.
