it would be nice to have altines, i will admit that but she has to end up on ebay eventually, she is on the konami site in the figures section so they cant stop makeing her, they wouldnt put her there if they only intended to make her for a limited time and she must end up on another shopping site eventually probably for $200 or more but probably cheaper than konami, especially if shes used(then shed only be worth about $100 probably but code-less)

Actually, they've had extremely limited runs of figures before. Theoretically, there were only going to be 2,000 Fubukis made. However, experience says you're right: When a figure is very popular, they tend to make more. Fubuki has had multiple runs, and even a repaint of her own. When Strarf and Arnval got their Bis and Tranche2 upgrades, their palette-swapped repaints got the same treatment.

Altines probably wasn't intended to have a second run, but she sold out purely through pre-orders. Altrene herself is also extremely popular and hard to find. It'd be smart of Konami to do a second run of these figures.

So it's not a matter of they CAN'T... and knowing Konami there's still a chance they won't do another run. But it'd be smart for them to do so.

However...

DON'T count on this. Rare exclusive Shinkis almost NEVER go down in price once they're soild out on Konamistyle, codes or not. Altines WILL probably start filtering onto eBay in greater numbers, but don't expect to get the kind of bargain you can get with say the White Repaint of Strarf.

hmmm, im siper broke right now, i just got mk2s and new fish tank stuff like plants and that all, and a beta again, its not a tank without a beta, but i hope to have money or a holiday come up before altines is out on ebay, maybe ill be lucky and get her for christmas and my birthday if i put them together again(thats how i got tigris)

Well, watching the Altrene + Altines one. Kinda wish he had split those two up, don't need another Altrene.

If anyone is still looking for Altine Mandarake has one for 20000 yen. Still a ridiculous price but the best that I have seen recently. I want her so much but there is no way I can pay $230 for a single Shinki.
