Wow, it's been a while since I saw these.

The first one is a traditional Miko's outfit; White jacket (haori) and red trousers (Hakama)

The second outfit is based on Hatsune Miku.

And the third one is a maid. I'm trying to think of fetishes they left out, but I'm coming up blank, waitress or bunnygirl perhaps?

...I swear I'd posted it before, but the third one is Zange's nun outfit, from Kannagi.
