Your last point is actually wrong *puts on voca nerd hat* Huke created BRS before the whole Miku thing as I'm aware. Ryo saw the illustration of BRS and was inspired to create the 'iconic song' black rock shooter to go with it. Ryo's part of super cell who does vocaloid songs so it was only natural he used Miku as the voice. That's how it came to be a big huge thing I think because supercell is a very popular 'composer group thing'
But long story short, Huke loved it and teamed up with supercell to make the music vid.

No spin off.

Matryoshka is a awesome song, I'm not a fan of Gumi (the voca that sings it with Miku) but I do like covers of the song.

At any rate, i seriously suggest you check out some of the most popular videos- its pure art.
"LOL" is one of m' personal favs.

My personal fave is Rolling Girl *points to avatar*. The video's wonderful as well.
I like Top Secret also, it has a similar quality to Rolling girl video wise and song. They're both by Miku.

You're kidding right? He's never forgotten. He's mainly paired with Len because "OMG HE'S SO HAWT!"
....I dont....understand....the pairing in the vocaloid fandom.

It's poor Meiko who's ALWAYS forgotten. I hope she gets a vocal upgrade soon. Kaito is getting one.

The fact that he's getting an upgrade makes me happy. Actually, one (technically two, it's hard to explain without it sounding stupid) of the characters in the web comic I hope to (Eventually) make is named Kaito. That's how I found out about the character. Because of that, I've always been a fan of him (even if I don't like many of the songs made by him) mainly due to the fact that he helped assure me that Kaito wasn't too strange of a name for a character. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go eat some ice cream.

I'm actually thinking of picking up a Benio as she's generally quite cheap and just using her arms (and sometimes her body) for Howling. I have sorta got attached to Howling's broken arm but I'd like to be able to pose her again.
