Between the transition of a major software package at work, and me managed to gouge out ANOTHER chunk of flesh on my finger, things have been put on hold again. Hopefully I'll be able to pick things back up again soon.

I just has a little cut too.

I have herd about "Finger Sack" made from silicone in 100 yen shop, I think I will try one. If it OK, I will find the leather one, it will safer than silicone from cutting.

Oh I just try this, it is soft file nail from 100 yen shop for sanding Gunpla and resin part. It is sponge that has 3 color side
-Blue about #800 sand paper
-Pink about #1000 sand paper
-White more than #1000 sand paper
It is very easy use for sanding part, but not water proof.

That's often the best way to go. Attacking areas with x-acto's and files will often give you what you want done. It just takes a bit of time.

Well, in this particular case it was a work related injury. Was yanking open a computer case, and didnt notice the bit I was grabbing had unfnished edges. Sliced right into my ring finger like a razor blade.

I know about that, happened to me once, thankfully not deep at all.

But another friend of mine managed to cut himself so deep while yanking out a disk reader, and I had to get him to the hospital to get some stitches. Also had one of my biggest laugh there when they asked him how he did that.

His answer ?

"I got jumped by a rabid disk reader."

*sigh* as you might have noticed, I didnt make my Halloween deadline. I blame work and a hurricane on that one. Still, I do have some pics to upload when I have the time to do so properly. Everything's currently waiting for sanding and primer.

Hope everything is and stays ok in your area. Thankfully as far as I know no people I know were directly affected.
