Hello. I was wondering if anyone knows of any pvc statue figures that could have swapped heads with busou shinki's? I know some figma's work sort of... (I tried putting my zilvern's head on a yui figma's body, it sort of fits, barely...) but those are'nt what I'm looking for. I'm trying to find a skin colour that could match strarf mk2's or tempesta's. Help please?

If anyone was curious to see, Here is what zilvern looks like swapped with yui hirasawa's figma body... The peg on her head can sort of fit in it,... but its not exactly a firm hold.

Could'nt help but post this one... Merienda swapped with figma azusa's body. She looks much better.


I won't be posting any more of these now, since I still need my question answered.... (Also since I'm not looking for figma's anyway...)

Sorry for the lack of replies. As far as I know, they're most compatible with the figma lines since Masaki Apsy also modeled them at Max Factory. However, I think you can pretty much take any 1/12 scale figures and (with some modification) turn it into a shinki body. Most people I see around here tend to go with the figma line or Konami's own MMS lines (the Otomedius girls, Quiz Magic Academy and Sky Girls, etc.). Take note, though, that Revoltech figures are a bit on the small side compared to Busou Shinki.

With minor work, those phantasy star robot girl kits can be used as shinki parts. Racaseal and such.

Mikuo-Hatsune's done a lot of head replacements too. If I see him on Cbox I'll send him your way, but you can try PM'ing him too.

Curiosity is getting to me... I've seen a number of photos of Shinki with Gundam limbs. Legs, specifically; Was there a specific series of Gundam kits that were directly compatible with Shinki bodies?
