My Benio's shoulder pads (the rectangular ones) leak plasticizers (in a slight way) from time to time. I had to keep wiping'em off.

Is it possible to prevent this from happening again by top-coating them? I'm not familiar what results topcoat could do to PVC/Vinyl parts, since Gunpla are using different materials.
