There's a review of her on Youtube, and I think it shows the guy setting up her skirt. And it's probably a coincidence, but that thing really reminds me of the weapon from Busou Renkin. Which functions similarly and is actually called the Valkerie Skirt.

heey yer right, never thought of it.
and i think i managed, tho im not certain i did it correctly. altrene is so complex damn.
