A couple of theories:
Altines
Alt = High
Ines is a name
Altlene
Alt = High
René is a name
"High" could be from them being heavenly valkyries. There are also saints for both names.

My theory is half confirmed here:

Altines is called Ines and Altlene is called Rene.

It also has a Arnval named An and a Strarf named Strarf. That owner isnt exactly creative when naming his Shinkis

Agreed. But you can't shake off the feeling that the Alt sisters always had those names.

If I remember correctly,
Alt also means Old in Germany
Looks at Altlene and Altines...
I guess not from German language.
From what language Alt means High? Alto?
"Motto Shiawase Ni Naru"

Surprisingly, English too, derived from Latin. An example of it's usage is altitude. By itself it's mostly used in musical context.
But of course many Latin-based languages use alt in some way, mostly alto, as a direct meaning of high.

Did anyone figure out the meaning of "Belik" or "Berig" from Zelnogrard Belik/Berig?

Берік/Берик (berik) looks to be a not uncommon name in Cryllic, but I have no idea what it actually means.
