Finally free of familial obligations, and with my bonus coming up, I'm looking to get a better camera and more PSN Japan credits.

Also, I figured it the best time to show off my collection.

However, don't expect too much in terms of updates. I'm more a gamer by nature, so I hardly take my Shinki (or any of my other poseable figures) out of the display tower unless I feel like changing the positions once in a blue moon.



The topmost part of the tower featuring Iofiel (Tranche2), Amphysvena (Lavina), Ermengarde (Raptias), Rinrin (Maryceles) and Galadriel (Zielbelen). It's currently in chaos because I'm making room for the VV duo, but their places will pretty much stay the same, especially Io, who looks totally smashing in that position when the display's blue light is on.



Third floor of the tower, currently occupied by Karasu (Tempesta), Harumi (Ach) Mami (Razz), Rossweisse (Altlenne), Waltraute (Oorbelen) and Karen (Artille). The wayward Atari Hitotonari figure was put there just to add a little reaction shot to Mami's devil-may-care wailing leap.

Nice! I love the poses but the wee 'reaction figure' really made the pictures for me. I did actually laugh out loud!

Very nice collection...of course, since you have an Arnval Tranche, I now officially hate you. Nothing personal, its just the image of seeing her on Amazon for a time, only for her to dissapear, still burns strong in my mind.
Atari Hitotonari, hmm? Isn't she from that Japanese Transformers series that everybody hates due to its rampant pervertedness? You know, Kiss Players? :p

@oOnyaOo: Yeah, saw the humor in it too. Recently got Mami out of drumming and wanted her to do one of those rocker stunts, and the Atari reaction made something click in my head. I don't usually mix figs in my display area, but made an exception for this one.

@rubixbox: No offense taken. Rather, I share your feelings on a desired object being taken away. Experienced that more times than I care to count.

Yes, the Atari fig is the one from the Kiss Players series. I got it as an impulse sale purchase (it was 40% off at the time), since it features two of my main weaknesses: meganekko and a Mazda RX-8.

Got my new camera, took a few test shots.

Also bought some spray paint to improve the appearance of the Gyurinos sword that Io is holding. I have an arts background but zero experience with painting plastic kits, so it's not particularly spectacular...

Got a Juvisy just now. The shop was selling her 50% off and her Battle Masters Mk2 DLC is coming next year, so I went out of my way to get her ASAP.


Teh box. Looks worn because of age, but it's what's inside that counts. I will call her "Shinmiri".


Shinmiri: "Master, please set my gear up first before you watch your backlogged Nicovids..."


So I did. I felt that a cartoony running pose suited her (I can imagine those funny squeaks with every step) For now, Shinny will be on the top floor of the display tower.
