- Renge accompanied me and Vara to a local doll meet at Andrew Haydon Park. She had her nice cute fun with us all. The teddy bear that belongs to Vara acted like a sail in the chilly windy day.

Renge had an accident thanks to my carelessness roughly 5-15 minutes in. I picked up Vara forgetting about Renge on her head so she hit the picknick table, hit the seat and then the concreate with her headless self. I was fearful her tail would have a dejavu moment of the head falling to bits. I froze expecting the worst and ended up giving out a semi-negative comment. I really need to stop being careless..........

- Quite kind how a Doll Member shielded Renge from falling into the shield. Much thanks to her

you make me regret that I wasn't buy Renge from my friend when I had a chance, now he won't sell his Renge (LOL). She is so cute especially with white teddy bear.

Doll meet, that's fun.
The last offline meet with local group and they're more busy talking about other things and community drama. Can't even see a single Shinki out on the table.

Aww, better luck next time? I'm seeing loads of people grabbing her because it's the "hip" thing to do. Either way I'd recommend her and hope you find a chance to snatch her heh. Love her photogenicness and glad you love her with the teddy bear. She cuddled up with it for half the session.

Was fun indeed. It gave me a nice chance to take some nice outdoor images of Vara without feeling like hiding. Renge was a nice side-shot reward which I'm glad I took. I don't do well around groups of people, quite anti-social so I'm usually the odd person out when people start talking about things, more so when it is about specific things. I accidentally stirred up drama in frustration and drama, half of it being poorly timed and such because I felt out of the social circle of the Ottawa Doll community's mindset. Fun trying to find common ground.

I still wish people in Ottawa would bring out their shinkis and display them. I know Ottawa has them, they're hiding as I was or are just as anti-social as myself or trying to sell them >.<

Ya, those observing Vara (including me) were very worried she would fall though we allowed her to be her playful self. Might as well, anything for pictures just as long as there is a "safety net" in some form to keep her from being harmed. Glad as well though her joints seem to be loosening up probably from the humidity and heat. I need to be careful with Renge. Getting highly careless.

Had a bit of a flash card mishap with me almost not being able to share or rescue the images from the card reader (the head within the card) of being read. Found the main reader bit on the floor having to duct tape the thing together. Going to have to switch to the 4 gig card until I find another 8 gig card. I was ready to flip out when I wasn't able to share the Renge moon shots, which I was able to. Photography fun reminding me that I'm taking things for granted.

These images being back in May or so when I was testing how to print out my images onto a solid surface. Tried one of Walmarts printing service by seeing how my images would appear on the book. Just in case my blog somehow vanished or if my storage exploded I would still have physical medium to share my images. One needs to be proud of their images they take, right? ^^

Renge and Vara make an interesting pair which I enjoy heh. Vara now has a tail with Renge constantly seeing her about the tail

I'm going to do a "Swan Song" of a post with the images and posting on BSW. I'm expecting Konami to give us the middle finger by not producing Busou Shinki figures anymore. I may be over-reacting but seeing what they did to Battle Rondo, their LA store, the English site, and Battle Communications has me doing my own Swan Song of a post on BSW. I'll keep blogging, but in a more depressed manner with Busou Shinkis.

(I'm purposely being "negative" so I can be proven wrong by Konami JP when they release more Busou Shinkis. Also, Renge paired up with Varakitsu so loads of images with them together.)

As someone who only this month finally officially got into Busou Shinki (after drooling over the figures for years), I share your hope that this isn't the third time I get into a toyline just as it dies, previous times being Xevoz and BIONICLE.

I also hope that this isn't truly your last post, since your blog was one of the ones I found while I was looking up Shinkis on the Internet along with this forum (you are also single-handedly responsible for me now adding Renge to my "holy grail" list, LOL). I know that it's slightly off-topic, but I do want to say that Varakitsu is absolutely gorgeous and her and Renge make a very amusing pair.

If the line is gone, we still have our Shinkis and our love of the line.
