Still looking for the rest of my ocean trip photos. In the meantime, the package from Japan finally arrived last week which included a first-gen Arnval and Asuka.

So, what's to do when you have two Asukas?
Oh, and I've just realize I have way too many gunpla, half of them bootlegs I could scavenge for modding. I still need to get a proper design done, though. Anyway, the next update will (finally) be the missing ocean photoshoot pics.

Yes! Finally found those missing photos! OK~ Photodump commence!
There were a lot of jellyfish this year, my group nearly getting stung by one while we were in the water. Thankfully, everyone escaped unharmed.

...And that concludes this session of photoshoot. It'll be a while until the next shoot, though I might get started on something else. Seeing RP88's project coming together, I'm beginning to think about starting my own. (Once I get the final design in order, though. Ha.)

Managed to get all the sand out, thankfully. However, I've realized some of the screws are getting a bit rusty. I'll have to find some replacements real soon.

Yeah, those jellyfish are amazingly devious for creatures without a visible brain.

Thanks. There's jellyfish season over here, where the entire beach (including the water) is filled with them. Naturally, everyone just stays on dry land until the beach animals clean them out some months later.

If anyone wants to know, Reisen's using 1/144 Ahead Sakikaze's GN Katana. I haven't given her the shorter blade yet since I still need to make some modifications to the grip.

After long last, a new shinki has joined the party!



Picked her up at the post office yesterday after figuring out that they withheld her due to import tax... Ugh. Otherwise, not a scratch.



Hilde welcomes... "Strarf" to her new home. She doesn't have a name yet, though. I'm still thinking.



Her first day after waking up? Busou Shinki Episode 11. I hope this doesn't give her nightmares about moving to a new home.

This has been a quick update. I'll be moving in a few weeks, so unfortunately, they'll be going back in the box again soon. Poor Strarf.

If you even THINK of naming her Hina, I will HURT you.

The Strarf models appear to be aggressive and loners. They are mission oriented and at times, secretive. So, name her after either a mythical or historical woman warrior.
