Stamps would make very nice paintings and photos for the room. Just make them a frame.

Almost there...

Too bad my shelf isn't perfectly level, slopes to the back and sinks at the middle (well, it is a cheap display cabinet), so I'll have to try and keep the set level and stable.

We need a general purpose display shelf for shinkis if you ask me. Something like a cross between armor display stands and a weapons rack.

That's the idea... two-fifths of the shelf is for relaxation and the rest is the armory, with a few things for recreation here and there. For now I'm focusing on the R & R parts. Now I wish I had a larger display cabinet... or a get another one to relocate my other stuff. I still want to make a command center / bridge type room for everyone.

Edit: I just saw a 1:12 scale Gundam Unicorn cockpit seat on fg-site... don't know when, but I'm definitely building one or something similar... 'cause I definitely want one!

I just got back from a 2-day out of town company event held at Canyon Cove Beach Resort, Nasugbu, Batangas. I could have been more fun if the weather agreed with us more (we've got lots of rain due to a tropical storm nearby... talk about bad timing

)

I brought Noir and Ayu with me, but as it is a busy company event plus bad weather, I was only able to take pics of them indoors.

Here they are sitting on our hotel room's balcony overlooking the beach. Note the dark, overcast skies...

Ayu messing around with a tube of liquid bath soap.

Chilling out on my pillow.

The next day, the weather got better, but unfortunately there were no photoshoot opportunities available (company activities and contests), and there wasn't even enough free time for me to try and get a beach souvenir, like a nice seashell or something. But each of us did get a pretty nifty token...

The girls now wanna use it as their own movie player and place it in their lounge.
