Shinki Saturdays (Week 50 June 26th)

I'm proud of them, but I don't get the point of doing job with low quality...I mean nobody will be able to see details of a shinki not to say that blurry photo is a turn off from the start...sorry if I'm annoying.

Anyone can take a decent photo if you have the will and the patience to take them. Even with a low-end camera, one can put out some fairly good photos. Taking quality pics isn't just about the quality of the camera but the pose, composition, and other factors that a newbie doesn't need to get too concerned about. Ultimately, if you're willing to take the pics and willing to put in the effort to learn how to take better ones, then you'll be fine. It ultimately depends on your commitment.

I have some experience with DSLR cameras and I can tell when quality is crap and when not.

Focusing better is more a matter of how well you understand your camera's focusing ability and your own skill at using focus. Even with a high-end camera, one can still take crappy pictures if that person doesn't understand how auto-focus works.

One feature: auto-focus. I have no other options (Yes that bastard P****x has only auto-focus). Not to say that I don't have much space to improvise with photo ideas.

Just so you know, I'm using a simple GE A1455 camera, with autofocus. I don't have the cash to dish out for a DSLR (believe me, I want one...)

Oh, so it's a DSLR thing, eh? Quality is ultimately in the eye of the beholder. Good luck on taking pictures you feel isn't crap.

Your Noir just keeps getting better and better. I notice you added a second tone of grey to her body. Your paint apps are so clean and perfect it's really hard to tell that they've been painted at all.

So is this her 'Halloween' color scheme?

Thanks! The gray tone is there to break up the all-black body. It's really easy to do these kinds of paint jobs with some experience with spray paint cans and masking tape.

And you're the SECOND person to mention Noir's color scheme to be Halloween-themed (first one was Panzie, at my original thread, lol at 'pumpkin colors'). I just happen to like black/other color combinations, like orange-yellow and neon green. The fact that I did this nearing Halloween was pure coincidence!

This is my (First) contribution for Shinki Saturdays. Sorry for the horrible lightning. We got pretty unforgiving light in the hallway and I had no way to get natural light in.
