i'd like to mess around and customize a bit. After I saw shinkis, i was hooked.

Hi everyone! Finally after obtaining my first Shinkis I've decided to register here. First found out about them from a 4chan shinki-hate thread featuring Pomock

, gradually became hooked after browsing many reviews and pictures posted here. One of the reasons I got interested in shinkis was the fact that 4 of them were designed by Blade, he/she is one of my favorite artists.
Myself I'm a busy student with an unfortunate addiction to rather costly things like shinkis and beautiful anime artbooks. Other hobbies include drawing for which I never seem to have enough time and video games (same story

).

Well, I've added a new expensive hobby to my list! I first heard about Busou Shinki from the WTF@TFW podcast. The guys on the podcast were ripping on them, so I thought I would check them out. After spending a couple weeks reading through the Shinki thread in the Toy Ark, as well as reading a number of the Shinki funnies, I decided to take the plunge and bought Arnval. I live and breathe aviation (quite literally, sometimes!), so I loved the idea of an angel with flaps, ailerons, and deicing boots! Now I'm hooked, so I'll be seeing everyone around this board, too!

You might want to check out Asuka too. She takes the Aviation angle to a new high.

Hello everyone! I got to know about shinkis when window-shopping at my favourite model shop. I used to buy Gundams, but then after purchasing Espadia, I wish that all the money I spent on Gundams went to purchasing more shinki. So I bought another two, Lancamento and Strarf bis. It was worth it, considering that I blow my wallet too early before my next paycheck.

Any Malaysians here?

i just joined, and got my first shinki~

i came over here from tfw2005 (i'm tsukachi there), and got hooked on shinkis from the photo comics and such.

i'm really glad to be here, and i hope to learn more about customisation and stuff! ^^
