My Asuka and Mulmeltier arrived yesterday,so I was going to intruduce de codes, I noticed that Asuka's code was difficult to scratch, the grey stuff was really difficult to clean but finally I got the code...then the same happens with Mulmetier's code...I keep scratching 1,2,3 minutes...with my finger, with a coin...and suddenly It breaks and some letters or numbers(who knows) are removed together with the grey stuff...and it happens the same with another part of the code...and the middle part is unscratcheable too...
The question is, can someone please tell me a contact mail to exchange the code?...maybe I can send them the code so they can send me a new one...
I'm so sad T____T

I'm sorry, but I honestly think you're out of luck here. Even if I knew which office within Konami to contact, you'd have to be able to either speak or write Japanese well enough to explain to them that the paper containing your access code was damaged. Even then, they may have some sort of "as is" policy making them not responsible for illegible access codes.

On the bright side, I believe the FAQ detailing how to purchase SPT was updated, meaning you can buy Murmeltier's full set in the Battle Rondo virtual store for about the equivalent of seven dollars.

I've had the same issue with my Mur when I picked her up - there really is nothing you can do about it which is quite sad, apart from the SPT thing.

On the plus side, as far as I can tell there's no 'Lock out' feature for incorrect entry. So if you only have one or two unreadable digits you can try various combinations until you get it.

Hey,I have great news! :schmetterling:
I wrote an email to the busou shinki support adress(was difficult to find), I wrote in English and also in Japanese(using a translator) and they answered me in one day in English asking me for my Konami Id and a photo of the broken code,so I did that and in a few hours they sent me another email with the code :headbang:

I wrote them again just to say thanks and they answered this:

Dear Konami Customer,

Thank you for your report.

However, the "Busou-shinki" service is provided only in Japan.
We do not guarantee the connection from the outside of Japan.

Best regards,

KONAMI CUSTOMER SERVICES

[Report:]
...The whole event is really amazing. I really wasn't expect 573 to do something like that...

Back a year or so ago, in another Shinki community, there were two players doing Tea Room battle and had their account frozen due to game crush. Response from back then?

"Sorry, we only support Japanese players."

...So I guess either you were extreme lucky, or they do have an angel at 573 nowadays...
[End of report]

PS: And the reason for that reply was probably because, the player wrote the email in Japanese, while stating that he is living outside of Japan...
