I managed to fix it anyway.

I tried deleting the sound files and the launcher automatically downloads the missing files, after doing so BabyRazz regained her voice again.

then I deleted certain model files, run the launcher again and this time the game has been fixed.
p/s; the thought of reinstalling the whole thing is really scary.
