Does anyone know if there's a way to get these? I have a friend who wants the sound files for his stop-motion projects.

Sounds or Dialogue?
Most of the original waves of Shinkis had their dialogue ripped and put up on Nico.

Both would be ideal I guess. And he wants like, individual wav files or whatever they're in. Not just a long line of sounds.

Hmm. Not sure how to rip a sound file from Nico, but that seems to be your best bet. That and some sort of editing tool so you can get what you need from it.

If you know where I could get some of the music, that would be great. I've been working on making a Nico Nico Douga style Medley and was hoping to use some Busou Shinki music. Of course, I still need to find a "Voice" on my keyboard that would work for the Medley's melody.

[Report:]
There is an entry on the wiki that mentioned about this.

I personally have not tried to extract the sound/music from the binary file, and I hope it's not too much trouble. (Btw, jetAudio is really good... It will be perfect if it isn't a pay application - then again, developers need to earn their living...)

Wait so it's been confirmed which files, but people just don't want to extract or something? If someone can tell me what program to use I'll extract them myself. =/ Has to be freeware though. XD

Well, it's actually both. That's pretty much how people got the sound/music onto nico/tube. (Here is the thing, taking the sound/music out + spreading is/can consider illegal action if somehow they decided to go extreme. You know, like every standard deal.)

As for the capture application goes, I personally would say jetAudio. But it's not a freeware...

It's okay, I managed to get the files using a different program. Each girl has around 590 different voice files....
