However, there is no sign of "top secret file" what-so-ever... With only a week left, what will 573 pull this time...

think most of the rare, rare items will be behind the tornado and rain, door and last summer's typhoon spot.

I wish I had a chance in hell at actually beating the shinki on those spots. I don't. Even with missiles. I was only able to beat one of the illegals when the original treasure map occurred. I still don't have any shinki over 155. My diamond shinki keep doing miserably. One didn't even make it to B Class, heh.
Might a better idea be to train them in Ex class and then CSC Reset them when I know who many levels the diamond will give them (and if that is acceptable?) I heard CSC reset keeps all those factors the same.

Update...
The Leaf Umbrella is a rare equipment card that you get from Lily, the Zelnogrard in the volcano stage. In addition to being a back-type armor, it also gives you access to whatever area is under the raincloud.
This area has the field effect of "Rain"(duh), which I'm pretty sure is new... it's also the only place where you can get Raincloud cards.
These have a global effect, they decrease the "raincloud" count every time you get a match with them. When the count hits zero, the cloud over the area is dispersed and it's opened to everyone.
The first cloud was dispersed on Saturday, opening up Ashley(level 150 Ach)'s area... it's currently on Sharon(level 200 Yda)'s area at the time that I'm typing this... but the count's at 299 and it'll most likely be gone by the time I wake up in the morning.
No idea if it'll move over some other area next, but who knows...
Illegals:
As a temporary encounter thing, one Illegal will show up every few hours. They have a set number of encounters before they leave, so you should hurry up and beat on them before they go away.
It seems that they have a higher item drop rate than other opponents, so it's a pretty good opportunity to get the rarer items without wasting days on one encounter like I did. >_>;;
Gaia (red)
drops mechanical butterfly wings (rare), and black rose earrings.
Ouroboros (blue)
drops blue beach sandals, yellow race queen skirt (rare), and also has the armparts for the Cardboard Armor, which you'll get if you beat her when she has them equipped.
Druas (green)
drops the green kagerou scarf (rare) and green hitodama.

I'm pretty positive my shinkis can't beat Ouroboros or Druas, but I'll definitely try for parts. XD Then again I still havent gotten the green bomb. Stupid Benio just refuses to give it to me.
Also has anyone seen this Maiko or whats-her-name was yet?

Kerokero Hat:
Since the second raincloud was dispersed, it looks like that's it for the Raincloud cards...
...the volcano was opened up, home to Veronica, a level 210 Murmeltier. As a rare item drop, she gives out the Kerokero Hat, which is similar to the Leaf Umbrella in that it's both an equipment piece and the key to accessing some blocked-off areas.
It lets you go to the whirlpool and island areas, which have some decent items... I'm also assuming that it'll let you get to the island in the southwest as well, once the tornado is cleared.
As for that, its count seems to be decreasing at a rate of about 1000/day.

Thanks maou! after the deaths of many shinkis, she finally gave me her kerokero hat.
just curious, what items does the island and whirlpool gives?
and now, will have to wait for all the shinkis to recharge before sending them on another suicide mission in the quest for event items ~
