No Avalon is the scabbard.

Not a figma, so not in the "Fun with Figmas" thread... not a shinki either... my first Revoltech, and happens to be my avatar! :P

Probably not the right thread for this, but everybody else is posting, so what the heck. It was overdue anyway:
Image
Welkstra sitting on some recent acquisitions: Gashapon Drossel sets!

Image
Closeup of the price. I got all four sets for about $30 (that's with shipping), so I think that price is fair.

Image
Basic assembly for all four Drossel figures. Minus whatever headpiece she comes with, she has about 22 points of articulation (Unless I miscounted; in any case, that's not bad for a vending machine toy).

Image
Close-up of the parts tree that came with Drossel. On it are detailing parts for Drossel, more specifically, her bolts.

Image
The completed Drossel, examining what appears to be some sort of weird retro robot.

Image
Welkstra examining the completed model.

Image
Size comparison. As you can see, Drossel is half the size of the MMS tall/MMS 1st.

"Master, I would like to keep this one."

Werkstra and Drossel "ahem" hardly count as mecha so they're fine in this thread as for you, ZeroEdge, about time you get yourself. lol.

And now, it's time for someone who again hardly counts as being a mecha.
Image
That's right. I got him! Revoltech #62. The Protect Gear Panzer Cop. I ... just ... love this guy!
Image
I am really surprised as how none flexible the bi-pod is. I may have to make a customized bi-pod for it. One that actually works but, is it really worth the trouble?
The last thing you'll ever see before your next stop; at the morgue!
Image
I love the luger.
Image
Time for another unlikely dynamic duo! I love chicks with guns. Maybe that's why I love Strike Witches. That and likable characters and a good story.

The thing I really like is that Howling can handle all of the weapons with ease. On another note, I am on week 54 of my comic project. So until next time, peace.

it's interesting that the ammo chain pack is not flexible in the picture. Are they that stiff?? i think i'll buy one, for "only" US$15 / 150,000 Indonesian Rupiah

Unfortunately, yes. It also breaks easily. The only down side to the entire figure. That and the antenna. As a war gamer, if it breaks one more time, I will replace it with a fallen cat whisker. I said fallen because it has fallen off naturally and collected.

I think this counts, since she's technically a 1:1 scale figure. But not a Shinki.

Technically speaking, so do Busou Shinki's but it is cute none the less and yes, I wish I could learn to use chopsticks as well.
