These most certainly have my interest, cant wait till they come out to read reviews and such to see just how customizable they really are.

Re: Kotobukiya Frame Arms
Even if they are prebuilt, they seem to have a plug and play thing going the likes of Armoured Core and Busou Shinki.
Also, one of the pictures for the basic frame made me think "PunchTank": http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/image/10092892b8/30/8

Re: Kotobukiya Frame Arms
It's Kotobukiya. The idea of them being prebuilt is rather...odd.
(That, and there's pics of the sprues on the site)

Re: Kotobukiya Frame Arms
I am really looking forward to these two. I'm hoping Kotobukiya continues to push the designs just that little bit further than just the gundam copies you see so much these days - the customization of the Frame Arms series has so much potential.
Gnngghhh I want to order them now, but have to wait! Damn it DX

Re: Kotobukiya Frame Arms
Chaos Incarnate said they thought the frame might be prebuilt, I never said I thought it was. Just stating that even if it was, it would still come apart easily enough.
So there's a tank and a fighter plane... I wonder, if they were to make more, what other themes would they have? Different tanks and planes? I cant really see cat and dog mechs appearing...
Submarines and helicopters though, maybe..?

Re: Kotobukiya Frame Arms
I figure they'll be conservative at first. See how these two and go from there. Since they're compatible with so much of their other stuff, they can actually pull off some multi license antics if they're smart/clever.
(I wonder if their Zoids kids have compatible parts)

That instantly makes me thinking of one of those frame wearing a Blade Liger head on the chest while holding 2 yellow/goldern sword.Caterwaul wrote:.........(I wonder if their Zoids kids have compatible parts)

Don't know, Cat. I don't think there's that much in the way of standardized pegs on the HMMs.
