Kantai Collection

I have been thinking of a type battleship shinki ever since I first started collecting shinkis

And then I stumbled upon goods about a product line called Kantai Collection.

At first it was a trickle. A few mugs, cleaner cloths. The only figure I know so far is a nendoroid.
However, it seems some steam has picked up as there are a lot of goods as of now related to this line.
But not so much as action figures yet.
Anyway I am looking forward to other figures that would come from this line.
I tried a search and found no hits on the word kantai so I figured I'd start a new thread.

Anyone into this line?

Now that's something i never heard of.

But yeah, Kantai Collection is kinda refreshing. After Busou Shinki, Strike Witch, now KanColle sounds promising

With this sort of popularity I hope they translate the game to western markets. Since it's a smartphone game it's quite possible (card collection games with cute girls sell well here right now).

I have nendoroid Shimakaze on preorder, and a few cups. I mean, why not~?

Just received my carrier wing bookmark and a clear file of the 4 sisters XD.
No figures yet though. Planning on getting the figma of Akagi... I like the carrier designs.
But with all the KanKore characters, it will be tough to collect them all....

I wonder how many figures from this line they plan on making? I hate that figma kinda pics only a couple of figs out of a cool show/game to do. Hard to make a complete feel to stuff ya know?

That being said, I'm all in on this effort.
