I'll start off with a simple one.
Crepes
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup Flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Water
1 tabespoon of Melted Butter (can be substituted for vegtable oil)
Mixer or Whisk method: Beat eggs in medium mixing bowl.
Gradually add flour and sugar alternately with milk and water, beating until smooth.
Beat in melted butter (or vegtable oil)
Blender or Food Processor method: Combine ingredients in container;
blend about 1 minute.
scrape down sides with rubber spatula; blend 15 seconds or until smooth.
Refrigerate batter at least 1 hour before use.
yeild 20 to 25 crepes.

AV's famed Oatmeal Cake with Coconut Topping
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups boiling water1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup flaked coconut
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 x 13 pan.
In a small bowl, pour boiling water over oats. Mix well, and cool.
In a large bowl, combine butter or margarine, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup white sugar, eggs, flour, baking soda, spices, and salt. Add cooled oatmeal mixture, and stir to combine. Pour batter into pan.
Bake for 35 minutes.
While cake is baking, combine 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, coconut, melted butter or margarine, vanilla, and cream in a mixing bowl. Remove cake from oven, and turn on broiler. Drop mixture by small spoonfuls on top of cake. Spread evenly and carefully. Broil for 2 to 5 minutes, until topping is bubbling and lightly browned.

I have one recipe I'm willing to share for the time being:

Shell macaroni or bowtie pasta
Mayonnaise -- dilute with a small amount of milk
Before serving, add ranch dressing. Can add other ingredients into the salad if desired.

Yesterday was curry night!
It's kinda my signature dish. It takes a while (around two 20-30 minute sessions with a 45-60 minute wait in between), but it's worth it!
It's also crazy rich and pretty spicy, so be warned and don't eat too much all at once. Here you go!
+ Tikka Masala
++ Ingredients
- Substance
-- 1-2 lbs chicken, lamb, goat, or other desired meat
-- Substitute for paneer if you like
-- Optionally, add a package of brown mushrooms (fry in butter or oil before adding)
- Marinade
-- yogurt, 1 cup
-- lemon juice, 1 tablespoons
-- ground cumin, 2 teaspoons
-- ground red/cayenne pepper, 2 teaspoons
-- ground black pepper, 2 teaspoons
-- ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon
-- salt, 1-4 teaspoons, to taste (I prefer around 2 tsp)
-- ginger, minced, ~1 tablespoon (around 1/2-inch section of fresh ginger, or a tablespoon of dry ground)
- Sauce
-- butter, 1 tablespoon
-- garlic, 1-2 cloves minced or pressed (or around 1 tablespoon garlic powder. feel free to use more!)
-- jalapeno, 1 minced (Or use a small amount of jalapeno sauce. Modulate this based on your spice tolerance)
-- ground coriander, 2 teaspoons
-- ground cumin, 2 teaspoons
-- paprika, 2 teaspoons
-- garam masala, 1 teaspoon
-- salt, 1/2 - 3 teaspoons, to taste
-- tomato sauce, 1 8-oz can
-- heavy whipping cream, 1-2 cups
++ Method
- Marinade
-- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir together

-- Melt butter (1 tablespoon) in a large, deep skillet over medium heat,

-- Add substance & marinade together, as well as any mushrooms. Finish cooking for 5 - 15 minutes until substance is cooked.
-- Serve and enjoy! garnish/top with some fresh cilantro, if you like. It goes nicely on bhasmati rice...
