Time for an essay, so put down that chainsaw and listen to me!

I believe Transformers is the cancer of /toy/. It was okay when there were occasional threads, but now they come up so frequently, it's annoying. Threads about Busou Shinki, the closing of the Glyos Junkshop, the war on neckbeard scalpers, Deadpool/Dudepeel, Revenge of the Fallen discussion with little mention of the toys, and Jin/QK are way too frequent and push aside threads about more important matters.

Yes, Transformers is a little bit of a better discussion, because it revolves around a "toy". However, most threads end up looking the same involving random crappy pics, discussion about the same Transformers over and over (Animated Shockwave, Mudflap and Skids, USB Ravage, etc), and Transformer teabagging. Also when someone is against Transformers, the Transfans get all butthurt rather than ignore the others.

I heavily dislike the TF community: most of them are stubborn elitist snobs. (You know who YOU are!) Luckily, some of them are smart enough to keep down Transmania, unlike some of the stupider Anons who continuously make threads to simply antagonize those who do not like Transformers. To make matters worse, TFW2005 actually links /toy/ to make more Transfans to come here. I guess they just want to send their followers straight into the slaughterhouse. Tch... Such heroic nonsense.

The Transformers themselves are kinda odd and fueled by bizzare fetishes and fanwank. The Universe toyline caters to the crazy GEEWUN IS DA BEST people.

Overall, I think too many Transformers threads is what's ruining /toy/'s GLORIOUS (Megatron) visage! Also I think the Transfans need to calm down and realize that not everyone likes Transformers. They can keep their obsession to themselves, or just make one thread if they wish to talk at all. Seriously, I'm tired of this Transformers slag.

All in all, I lol at this thread. The internet is not something I get mad at. Someone calls me a fag, who cares? Someone calls me a pedo, so what? These people don't know me, and probably never will. I am who I am, and who I am is someone I am pleased with. If other people criticize me, I weigh how well they know me against how well I know myself and they fail. I am, in the face of the internet, the Rock of Gibraltar, but coated with Teflon. I do not modify my habits to please others, I do not modify my hobbies to please others. Good way to look at it CI, I get a littel miffed at times when people are all like blah blah Busou Fag and whatnot, but screw em. Though some of those fellas are kinda funny, allot of the comments just come from simple minded trolls that have nothing better to do. The time I did get pissed is when they started flaming BSW for no damn reason.

Since I found other image boards like Danbooru, I hardly ever go to 4Chan anymore (if ever). The only thing with sites like Danbooru is you have to be careful what tags you search for, or you'll get pages and pages of porn... Plus the adds tend to feature pornographic contents... So the site is genrally NSFW... :/

Searching for Busou_Shinki on there, is genrally quite safe though.

The fact that there are so many flamers on 4Chan is another reason why I avoid going there, as they do annoy me a lot, like the flies that make it into my bedroom and buzz around my head all the time... Sadly there isn't a flamer strength raid to use on them...

Sure it's OFTEN safe, but PORN WITHOUT WARNING isnt an uncommon occurence.
