The Starbase thing... eh... considering it's mostly a pull from Forsaken World only big fleets are going to get full use out of them.

I am interested in the Tholian stuff later on in S6 and the "story focused" S7.

Caterwaul: the h-500 error means something is wrong with the cbox server. Sadly there's nothing I can do about that.

With the latest patch there's a bug that using certain Buffs or getting hit by certain debuffs will cause your turn rate to go down. With a Galaxy it's turn rate is already the second worst in the game so that's probably what you are seeing. They have fixed it and it will be in this weeks patch.
