However, they're out of town for a week. Do you think you could hold onto ...

Re: Best/Worst Locations to Buy Busou Shinki

Are there any places besides Mandarake that are good for buying Shinkis in the UK? I know AmiAmi does preowned stuff but their shipping is super expensive and they don't mark down value on packages like Mandarake (which is just too unreliable and the prices are craaaaaazy sometimes). I've checked e...

Re: Heckfire's Shinkis

I didn't even think there were any Chinese bootleg versions of Shinki. o_O I've heard of bootleg Figma figures, but not bootleg Shinki. According to him, that's the reason for the release of the wave of prototype/carded versions of the Blade foursome (MaoChao, Howling, Partio, and Pomock), as part ...

Re: Sticky hair

Warm dish soap and water solution soak for the sticky parts, try and dip valona's hair pieces in some hot water for a few seconds, pull them out, and then see if they'll come out. You're seeing a plasticizer leak which will happen with any number of the older shinkis because of the soft plastic mate...

Re: Heckfire's Shinkis

Take the screws out and let them soak in vinegar for a night or two, see if the rust will come off. Otherwise, there are aftermarket screws available on YJA right now from here: http://page18.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/w116539312 You will need a middleman like noppin or fromjapan, however. Plu...
