While I can't remember the specifics of box arts between the two, one is (probably) the Full Arms Package version. Has the parts that were exclusive to Strarf Lavina and then some new ones on top of that.

The company Megahouse revealed a new line some time ago called Desktop Army. It is a line of small figures with the exact same play-pattern as Busou Shinki: small robot girls, with modular armor and weapons. The difference is, Desktop Army are trading figures: they're sold by the case on places like...

amiami is a legit store. their prices are far more accurate than the scalpers you'll find on ebay or amazon.
likewise, mandarake is also a good place to look.

$65 through US-based comic book shop distributor. Not 6.5k Japanese retail. Very different things. Based on what I've experienced with other things she'll probably be a bit cheaper than that, Japanese MSRP... probably.

general consensus is Benio, with Xiphos in not-quite-so-close second, unless moods have changed since then. They're fairly... low-quality, even among initial waves. Especially in the headsculpt-compared-to-artwork category.

People also don't have much nice to say about Howling/Maochao's armor.
